Refund policy

Would you like to return something? You can return your order (at your own expense) within 14 days of receipt to the address below. The product must be returned unused (not inflated) in the original packaging. Register the items you wish to return via your account.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly for another item. If you would like to receive a different color, we recommend placing a new order for this and returning the item that is not to your liking.

Should your package be returned due to an incorrectly entered address or refusal at the door, we will charge return and processing fees (6.95 NL / 8.95 BE / 12.95 the rest of the EU).
