Delivery time
The standard delivery time may vary for certain products. If a product is available as a PRE ORDER, this is always stated with the product.

Multiple items ordered
If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, you should use the longest delivery time for the entire order. If you do not wish to wait any longer for certain items, please place a separate order.

Parcel point
If you choose delivery to a parcel point and do not pick up your package, it will be automatically returned. We have had to pay the shipping and return costs for you. To resend the package, you must pay these costs yourself (6.95 NL / 8.95 BE); otherwise, we will automatically process your package as a return.

Delays may occur with the carrier; unfortunately, we have no control over this and therefore hope for your understanding.
