Tip: To make your balloon garland as round as possible, let the vinyl warm up in the sun first to make it more pliable. After adding air, let it rest for a few minutes so that the air can flow evenly through all the chambers. Then add a little more air to make it round before hanging it. Do not over-inflate it to prevent stress on the seams.
